At 99 Merch, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. If there's an issue with your order, we're committed to making it right.

Our Policy

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds. Because many of our products are made to order, all sales are considered final.

However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged during shipping, or you receive the wrong item or size due to our error, we'll gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacement Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and, if applicable, the packaging

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we'll ship you a replacement item as quickly as possible.

Non-Eligible Situations

We are unable to offer replacements for:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production or fulfillment has begun.
